These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NoteMe Android application. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

NoteMe does not require you to create an account to use the app.

3. Your Content

You own all notes and tasks you create. NoteMe stores this content locally on your device and does not upload it to any server.

4. Prohibited Use

• Misusing the app in any way
• Attempting to reverse engineer or tamper with the app
• Using the app for illegal purposes

5. Availability

We strive to keep NoteMe working smoothly, but we do not guarantee the app will be error-free or compatible with all devices.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
